Participation Fee

Participation Fee (includes VAT):

• For participants (non-students):
  • Payment before September 20, 2025 — 10,000 RUB
  • Payment after September 20, 2025 — 15,000 RUB
• For students:
  • Payment before September 20, 2025 — 6,000 RUB
  • Payment after September 20, 2025 — 10,000 RUB

VAT (Value Added Tax):

• The participation fee includes VAT.
• Examples:
  • For a contract amount of 10,000 RUB — VAT is 1,666.67 RUB
  • For a contract amount of 6,000 RUB — VAT is 1,000.00 RUB
• VAT will be shown separately on the invoice if the contract amount exceeds 3,000 RUB.
